These were the cast portraits I drew for our first show of the year, "Blue Remembered Hills".
They were sketched in pencil while I waited in the wings. Then coloured in Photoshop and slapped on top of the cast photos for their present from the crew.

#48 in my 100 Challenge, Childhood. The script calls for adults playing the roles of seven year olds (And a tip of the cap to the cast, who were spot on.) The biggest challenge here is trying to draw caricatures of the characters that also incorporate elements of the actors. God only knows if I succeeded, but the cast were all happy with their presents.
